Precision Systems has an extensive welding department, employing a top notch team of skilled technicians with over 100 years of experience in the welding field. Certified to Mil-std-1595 and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code "U" stamp, we have the technique, equipment and skill level to provide you with quality that will exceed your expectations.

We use the following equipment in over 5,000 square feet of floor space:

No. 4 Pines Rotary Bending Machine

We utilize rotary positioning equipment up to 4500 lbs and have two(2) permanently installed swing cranes with 2 ton capacitiy each. From custom frames and vessels, to production weldments, we are ready to evaluate your requirements and provide a proposal to fill your needs.

We offer welding and brazing for a wide variety of processes and materials; our personnel are certified to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the American Welding Society (AWS) procedures. Precision utilizes Section VIII and Division I on a daily basis to provide customers with the highest quality and on-time delivery. Our welding and materials engineer consults with customers on welding materials, design, and fabrication. Precisions personnel are experts in such processes as high-production gas metal arc welding, high-quality gas tungsten arc welding, oxy-fuel welding and cutting, plasma cutting, and torch brazing. We can provide welding that satisfies the requirements of the ASME boiler and pressure vessel codes and piping codes, as well as the AWS structural welding code. Many military standards are also in Precisions scope of work. State-of-the-art manufacturing and welding engineering and design review.

Joining virtually any metallic components via welding and brazing processes that include gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc, submerged arc welding, spot resistance welding and flux cored arc welding.

Joining dissimilar metals.

Hydrostatic testing to 1850psi.

Pressure Vessels from 1” to 100”.
