We are experienced and ready to handle your needs from million dollar turnkey systems, down to simple bench top fixtures.

Complete engineering documentation and operators manuals are available with all projects.

We are connected through a network of Pentium based CAD stations, utilizing Pro-E, AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop, Mechanical 2000 and AutoCAD 14 as our designing platform.

An enclosed assembly room is on premises, protected from the manufacturing environment, with 2500 square feet of available floor space for assembly.

General Machining

Precision System's Mfg., Inc. has its roots in the tool and die shop. Established in the 1940's, the tool room remains a strong, focal department.

The tool room provides valuable support to all internal departments, as well as maintaining an independent, external customer base of it's own.

We specialize in precision prototypes and small quantities of machined parts, requiring the skilled hand of a craftsman.

Maintaining quality and workmanship as our foundation, our toolmakers will provide machined parts within your required specifications.

We can interpret electronic CAD files in .dxf, .dwg and .pdf format. We support AutoCAD 12, 14, 14.5, Mechanical 2000, Mechanical Desktop and Pro-E.
