Vertical machining capacity includes
thirteen(13) Vertical Machining Centers with working
travels from
20" x 13" x 12" to 64" x 40" x
30". Six (6) are capable and tooled for 4th
axis indexing equipment.
Horizontal machining capabilities include
a Horizontal Twin Pallet Machining Center, with a
working travel
of
24" x
20" x 22".
Our Turning Department at PSMI includes
eight(8) CNC Turning Centers with a working capacity
from
.25" diameter
to 30" diameter. Two(2) lathes have live tooling
for drilling and milling capability.
In concert
with our Quality Assurance program, first piece inspection
and SPC control give us the edge
in providing only parts to print. We welcome the
