Mechanical Engineer

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficient in Auto Cad / Pro – E modeling.
  • Must be creative, inquisitive, analytical and detail oriented.
  • Quoting & Project Management skills required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Working close with customer contacts, including Project Engineers, and internal personnel.

Sheet Metal Craftsman

Precision Systems Mfg. Inc. is looking for a seasoned Sheet Metal Craftsman to process and fabricate precision sheet metal parts from start to finish.

Expertise reqired, but not limited too; set up and operate shear, CNC punching machine, press brake, pem setter, hand and power tools and other sheet metal equipment.

Interpret blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabrication to plan, layout and complete prototype and production sheet metal components.

Inspect parts using calipers, scales, dial indicators, gauges, micrometers, etc. Responsible for finished goods to print specifications, within allotted time estimates.


ASME Code Welders— Full time on 1st shift

Job Requirements:

  • Solid working knowledge of ASME code work
  • Must pass a welding test: GTAW on SS pipe in 6G
  • Experience in: GMAW, SCAW, GTAW, SAW, & Brazing
  • Ability to read and interpret blue print
  • Minimum 5 years experience

CNC Lathe Operator – Second Shift  (4-10s)

Monday through Thursday 3:00pm – 1:30am

Candidate must have ability:

  • To read process sheets, blueprints, & program machine code language
  • Mounts work piece between centers, in chuck, or to faceplate, manually or by using hoist
  • Depresses buttons, toggles, or set tape and starts machining operation
  • Observes numerical displays on control panel and compares with data on process sheet
  • To verify Dimensional adjustments, feed rates, and speeds

CNC Operators (First & Second Shift openings)

Job Requirements:

Start machine and observe cutting operation.

Make tooling changes when needed to produce quality products.

Communicate with Supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activiites.

Inspect and measure parts using micormeters & calipers to maintain quality products.  Deburr and package parts per instruction for transferring to other departments.  Required to do secondary operation when machine is in process.  Assure acceptable 1st piece samples are made available to QC Dept.  Ability to read and interpret blue prints a must.

First shift hours are 6:45am - 3:15 pm with overtime requirements on occassion.

Second shift hours are 3:00pm - 1:30am Monday through Thursday with overtime requirements on occassion.


Inside Sales Technician

Job Description:

Must demonstrate strong technical aptitude, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on technical documentation.

The Sales Technician will evaluate specifications and technical drawings, develop sources of supply, obtain quotes, qualify new vendors, determine bid sell price and submit bids to buyers.

Knowledge of metalworking and tooling is required.
